Founder
Rickilynne
Founder & Owner
As a military spouse who has endured loss, our founder Rickilynne turned her pain into purpose—devoting her life to helping others build safer, stronger, and more fulfilled lives. Formerly hired to work for the White House, she recognized that real change begins within community.
WWINTL was born—a movement to rebuild what has been lost among mothers, sisters, daughters, wives, and businesswomen. A space where women come together to learn, grow, prepare, protect, and lead.
Since 2021 WWINTL has blazed the trail in women's empowerment, personal safety, and community building—connecting women around the world through purpose, strength, and sisterhood. We've helped thousands of women rediscover their confidence, find their voice, and step into leadership roles in every area of life.
Our foundation is deeply rooted in faith, family, country, and exceptionalism. Our mottos guide everything we do:
"I knew I could help, so I did," reminding us to pour into our communities what we wish to see in them.
"It starts with you," recognizing that every ripple of change begins at home—with you, your family, and your community.
